Lew has over 34 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has worked as both a broker and a developer, as well as an advisor to individual investors. His knowledge of 1031 exchanges and replacement properties has helped hundreds of investors realize the benefits of real estate and other investments.
He began his career and received his training with Colliers, Bennett and Kahnweiler, one of the leading commercial and industrial real estate firms in the country. He then served as Executive Vice President of Prudential Realty Company, where he represented such companies as Simon Properties, the RREEF Funds, IT & T, and Procter & Gamble. He later became founder and principal of Epic-Savage Realty Partners, one of the premier industrial real estate companies in the Chicago area. Most recently, Lew served as a principal of SCI Real Estate Investments, raising equity for private investors in TIC and other real estate offerings.
Lew holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver and an M.B.A. degree from Loyola University of Chicago. He is an SEC registered representative series 22 and 63 licensed, and is a licensed California real estate agent.
