Section 1031 bill passes NH Legislature; headed to Gov. Lynch May 19, 2010

The New Hampshire House of Representatives has approved its Bill allowing the use of Single Member Limited Liability companies or SMLLCs in the acquisition of like-kind replacement properties as part of a 1031 Tax Deferred Like Kind Echange.

The New Hampshire Senate approved the House of Representatives' language, and the final Bill has been sent to the New Hampshire Governor for signature.
