Friday, September 11, 2009 at 01:47AM | Staff HR 2454 known as the Clearn Air and Security Act (Waxman Bill) was recently passed by Congress and signed into law. The Bill may create a new asset category for the 1031 Exchange industry. Companies can 1031 Exchange their Carbon Credits for other like kind Carbon Credits.
